Unfortunately, entertainment budgets are one of the first things to be cut.

In response, many magicians and mentalists are adding “public speaking” to their menu of services.

It really is a smart move.

If you have a message, then you’re no longer just a novelty...you’re a necessity.

(AND you can charge five to ten TIMES the amount that you could get for just a show.)

Think about it. Companies and organizations are worried about the economy too. They’ll be MUCH more likely to hire you if you can give their people some motivation or some new skills than if you can only make them laugh and be amazed.

You already know how to engage an audience. Might as well teach them and/or inspire them, right?

Vancouver Weekend Training (October 17-20): This is a 2/2.5-day event is primarily designed for non-performers, but as a performer you'll get special benefits. The main event is teaching basics of arts like suggestion, reality bending, pickpocketing, but with an emphasis on the skills/aspects that are underling those and that make them really work: things like confidence, engagement, attention, awareness, connection.

Performers will get an extra session on Friday night to learn, play, and prepare to get more out of their engagement with the regular students during the weekend.

Thailand Mastermind (January 6-12): This a 7-day event in the early days of the New Year in a beautiful luxury villa in Phuket - Thailand. This will be similar to the incredibly successful event they ran in Bali a couple of years back, now adding many new ideas, methods, and experiences.

You will get hands-on instruction, interaction, and coaching by James, Aaron, and Danny, as well as lots of practice with people we find during evening excursions - yes there will be extra activities to do together!.
