I am letting go of some of my cherished collectible books because I am working at combining homes, and I am simply running out of space.

Most of these books are in new, like new, great, or very good, condition. They have been steeped in my personal atmosphere and energy for years.

Usually I guard these things like a hawk. But I need to get very practical here, and I can't keep everything.

I will list a few of these rare books in this email. Then go to the links to read more and see the prices.

I suggest you search eBay and Amazon to see what these books have been selling for generally, when you are lucky enough to get these books at all.

More emails will be coming, but I wanted to start off with the biggest ones first.

I have one only of any of these books. If you want a certain book, get it now or it may well be gone. If you can order it at the website, then you can still buy it.

Keep watching for more books and cheaper works too. I may let go of a few pairs of my trademark signed wild shoes as well... we'll see.

1. The Magic of Robert-Houdin An Artist's Life, Hardcover – by Christian Fechner. Incredibly rare and highly sought after. Check Amazon and eBay for what these sell for when you can, on rare occasion, get them.

2. Roy Benson By Starlight

Hardcover. Sealed and unopened. In mint condition. Very popular and listed on the publisher's website at $450.00, although it is entirely sold out and out of print.

3. Servais Le Roy, Monarch of Mystery

Hardcover. Numbered book # 816  Only 1000 of these books were printed. Gorgeous and obviously rare. 

4. Two Lectures, by Jim Steinmeyer

Softcover, metal spiral bound. Rare and hard to get. The insider work on invisibility, Disney's Haunted Mansion, and many illusions, including Pepper's Ghost and what the public now thinks are 'holograms' in live performance.

All books sold as is. One of a kind only. These cannot be returned. 

When they are sold, that's it. There are no duplications.

If you can still find them on the website, you can buy them.

I hate giving up treasured books, but it's time to move on, and I want these to go to homes where the books will be respected.
