Hello Friends

Kenton Knepper here.

We're getting emails asking the same sort of questions so I wanted to write you personally to tell you what is happening.

We offered a limited edition item and also a sale with the caveat that there was going to be some shipping delays.

We had to empty our warehouse (that's still being done) and try to take on new shipping people.

Well, it turns out there won't be a new warehouse at all for physical items and all the shipping is going to have to be done by me personally.

So you can start blaming me for delays of shipping, because, in the midst of everything else I do, I am going to have to add packaging, labels, printing, compiling orders and shipping to my very full schedule.

This sudden shift has meant stock needing to be dropped off at my home, and then organized, packed, and ultimately shipped out, by me, personally, as I get the time.

So, you can blame it all on me at this point. I hope you understand that I will indeed get your orders out, but it is all me doing that, as I can, when I can.

If you want to cancel an order I can see to it that this happens. It means less for me to have to ship, after all.

The rare Polarity Decks also had to be signed by hand and numbered by me, and now they all need to be shipped by me too. They will go out, and we won't be selling more on our website, so for you lucky people who got a deck or two...congratulations! It's even rarer now than ever.

In any event, I thank you for your understanding and patience. I will be sure each order gets out to each of my friends who did place a physical order. It just may take me a little more time than what you are used to when it comes to our usual shipping people.

That's because I am learning how to do it all, and then doing it all, on top of all the rest that I do not only here, but in other work, performances, teachings and life.

THANK YOU for your physical orders. I know you got in on great deals. I will do my best to get things out to you as I can. I promise you WILL get your stuff, it just will take more time than usual. That's why we offered the great access and blowout prices while we did, as we didn't know what all was going to happen with shipping.

Meanwhile, you can always access our immediate downloads and get them the moment you pay for them...which is why we are going digital and not delaying people due to shipping anymore.

P.S.  You can write to info@wonderwizards.com if you must cancel an order. Know however that we will never be able to have these physical items available again for sale at any price. Please do not bother everyone with asking when your personal order will be shipped. That's all up to me, and answering those emails just takes up more time that delays them and me from getting things packaged to be shipped.
