Kenton got everyone's attention with his KENTON'S KANE.

His water from the Cups and Balls comes from his "Indirection Bowl" idea in SECRETS OF INDIRECTION.

Contrary to everyone's guesses, Kenton's two Linking Ring penetrations used standard Linking Rings. The secrets to these moves are also in SECRETS OF INDIRECTION.

Kenton's ESP Readings came from THE MIND READING LESSONS and ESP DRAW AND READ SYSTEM.

Kenton's "Shaman Key" is one of the effects  in KENTON'S KEYS.

The "Reincarnation Salt" is the salt vanish from THE SORCERER SERIES. Obviously, you can make the salt reappear.

The readings with stones, and knowing, even predicting, which hand they would be held in by a participant, while giving little readings along the way, is STONE COLD READINGS
