Our Holiday Hours and Your Orders |
We will be away from the office from DECEMBER 22 - 30, 2012. During this time we cannot answer emails or send you order confirmations.
However, you will still be able to order as usual. Your downloads will be instantly available as they always are. If you forget how to get your downloads, don't email us, just go to our HOW TO DOWNLOAD link at the upper left side of nearly every product page on our website. The answers are there!
Oh, and if you have trouble accessing your MY ACCOUNT online, it's probably because you made a typo this time, or when you signed up. Try to retype your email. You can always access your account online to check on what you ordered without our help.
Our shipping people will be packing and shipping physical orders. Please be patient! Remember it is their holiday time too. If you need to know about a physical package, you can email our shipping people at: shipping@wonderwizards.com
