Whether or not you use this really depends on whether you're comfortable using the lighters, either for real or symbolically lighting a flame. Technically, this is very easy to do. There is some memory work, but if you already know how to do readings with colors (Knepper has some very good ones) then you'll be doing this minutes after you read this and as soon as you obtain lighters.

The only clarification we would make is this is NOT for "readings" presentations only, but for MIND READING an issue or desire a participant truly may hold only in their mind! They don't even need to write anything down!
