When your package ships, you should get two notifications: One is from USPS, with the confirmation number, and the other is a simple notification from us that the package was shipped.

Also, be sure to provide an accurate email when writing us. We have answered more than a few people only to have their emails bounce back. This is important for downloads too. Check your My Account settings to be sure we have the correct email.

Sorry, we cannot pay our web people to make additional deals on these already ridiculous prices, adjust the website for you, change download prices, etc. These deals are outrageous. Right now a few very inexpensive downloads may be higher in price than the physical items, due to the blow out deal on the physical materials. You can pay for shipping, or pay a little more for the downloads instead, whichever you choose. You'll be getting a great deal either way.

If you saved items in your cart and they have "disappeared" this is because we are now sold out of those items, or those promotions are no longer available. As we have stated, many items are limited and when the physical stock is gone, it's gone for good.
