If you need to write us about an order issue or shipping of an order, please email shipping@wonderwizards.com Our shipping people can answer questions about the shipping of your order or shipping issues only. They cannot answer questions about lectures, workshops, S.A.R. or other matters. Please see our website for the answers to most questions. Look around, they're there.
If you email info@wonderwizards.com or kenton@wonderwizards.com no one will be able to answer you until after the first of the new year. Yes, even we get a break sometime.
ORDERS WILL STILL BE ACCEPTED ONLINE AND SHIPPED DURING THIS TIME. Although we are out of the office, our shipping people have been kind enough to work during the holidays! They WILL take your orders and send them out! Please be patient as this is their holiday time too...they will get things out as soon as they can. Thank them for staying here and taking care of you during their holiday time - we appreciate it as well!
