Can you take credit cards? Yes! We take credit cards. We also take PayPal. If you don't have a PayPal account, you can still click on "pay with credit cards" and look for the "don't have a PayPal account" link usually under the PayPal logo. You don't have to use PayPal, but you can.
You never answered my email so I'm reluctant to buy... We're very sorry if your email slipped through the cracks. We try to answer every email we get concerning products and shipping. Kenton gets 1000 emails a day personally, so he cannot often respond himself. But it's not because he doesn't care. If you need help with an order, product info or website issues, please do drop us a line. We want more downloads old and new! Put some rare stuff back up. More Trance downloads and more rare material as downloads too! About 50% of the people mentioned these all together.
Because of this, we have just released some of Kenton's important Trance Works as downloads, including a new package of these.
We've also added Kenton's rare "Weerd Enough" as a download too.

These surveys are open to the FIRST 100 people that respond only. Our customers responded very quickly. We hope you'll jump in on the next one. We'll keep them coming. Make hardbound editions eventually and get a new editor.
Eventually - but not soon. We have always planned on making a rare set of collectible volumes of Kenton's work, but "I'm not that old for that yet" as Kenton says. We have left early Kenton work less edited because fans and historical buffs insisted on the original work remaining as is. The editing has vastly improved in later works, and will continue to do so. Then again, if you know an editor who wants to work on the cheap...let us know if you are volunteering.

We are thrilled to say 97% of the comments we received were customers thrilled with Kenton's works and our way of dealing with customer service. We may not be able to meet every desire or whim, but we try to be of true practical service as best as reasonably possible - and then some.
